TEPPFA is The European Plastic Pipe and Fittings Association founded in 1991 with headquarters in Brussels. TEPPFA’s 10 multinational company members and 15 national associations across Europe represent 350 companies that manufacture plastic pipes and fittings. TEPPFA’s members have an annual production volume of 3 million tonnes directly employing 40,000 people with € 12 billion combined annual sales.
TEPPFA’s mission is to promote the benefits of plastic pipe systems through robust factual data and to represent the interests of the European plastic pipes and fittings sector at EU policymaker level.
To achieve this mission TEPPFA builds on 3 strategic pillars:
1. Certification and Standardisation
2. Communication through the development of key messages and effective communication across Europe
3. Representation of the interests, views and challenges facing the plastic pipes and fittings industry at EU policy level
