VinylPlus

The foundations of the VinylPlus programme are established in its Voluntary Commitment signed by the four founding associations and a number of representatives from different PVC converting sectors. Five key challenges have been identified for PVC. The first four challenges are technical in nature whilst the fifth challenge consists in promoting sustainability awareness across the entire value chain. As part of the VinylPlus commitment Recovinyl was created to facilitate PVC waste collection and to stimulate uptake of recycled content in new products.

Circular Plastics Alliance

Circular Plastics Alliance (CPA), gathers public and private stakeholders in the plastics value chains to promote voluntary actions and commitments for more recycled plastics. The CPA wants to ensure that 10 million tonnes of recycled plastics are used to make products in Europe in 2025.
On 20 September 2019 CPA published a declaration with the CPA vision and commitments to reach the EU target
